WorldFood Moscow: Workshop your way to Russian success at the Food Forum

WorldFood Moscow, Russia’s leading food and beverage trade show, is celebrating 25 years at the top this year.

Running from 12-15 September 2016 at the Moscow Expocentre, this year’s event will be business as usual by bringing together Russia’s biggest food figures with the international customers who matter.

But WorldFood Moscow is more than just networking. Each year, a comprehensive programme of seminars, workshops and focus groups on the hot topics affecting the Russian food industry is put together.

At 2016’s show the Food Forum is returning for its 10th year. An integral part of WorldFood Moscow’s informative events schedule for the past decade, the Food Forum covers a wealth of issues and agendas and features participation by some of Russia’s principal food and beverage figures.

Three conferences organised under the umbrella of the Food Forum will feature simultaneous translation for international attendees:

Practical recommendations of Rosselkhoznadzor and Retail Chains for Importers: Opportunities 2016 –12 September – Free to Attend - Organised alongside Rosselkhoznadzor, the agency responsible for the quality of foodstuffs coming in and out of Russia, this conference takes a look at how new markets and producers seeking to get their goods to Russian consumers can do so.

This is the perfect event for foreign firms looking to establish relationships with important Russian retailers. Participation is free for attendees who register online before 6 September. Register now.

Fresh Produce Category: New Reality for Producers, Suppliers & Retailers – 13 September – Register Onsite - Over the past two years, the Russian fruit and vegetables sector has had to adapt to some changing realities. Current development of the fresh produce industry will be examined in depth during this event, including a detailed look into opportunities in local fresh produce production, changes in consumption trends and new perspectives on fruit and vegetable imports.

This event has closed for registration, but if you have missed out do not worry. Free spaces will be available on the day so be sure to visit the Moscow Expocentre bright and early to register in person so you can get access to this extremely useful conference.

Suppliers & Retailer Chains: Effective Cooperation –14 September – Paid Participation -WorldFood Moscow  has teamed up with Rusprodsojuz, Russia’s association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Food Products, to investigate how suppliers can work efficiently and effectively in the wake of new regulations imposed by the Duma earlier in 2016.

Will everything remain the same? Will the State Duma’s rulings drastically change food supply chains? Find out by attending this conference. Participation costs €300, and registration closes on 6 September so act quickly to avoid disappointment. Register now.

WorldFood Moscow, and its internationally renowned events programme, is an indispensable tool for succeeding on the Russian market. Want to take part in these highly valuable workshops? Contact Julia Nosaeva on +7 (499) 750 0828 4292, or drop Julia an email at [email protected]
