5 Russian food trade events you must attend in 2017

WorldFood Moscow

WorldFood Moscow is Russia’s biggest trade show dedicated to the food and drinks industry. For over 25 years, it has been a key player in connecting Russia’s multi-billion dollar food sector with international clients from across the globe.
2016’s show was one of the best yet. Over 75% of exhibitors said they are feeling highly optimistic about Russia’s food and drink prospect from 2017 onwards.

InterFood Ural

InterFood Ural is the only international food show in the region. Situated in Ekaterinburg, and dedicated to food, drink, packaging materials and processing equipment, the exhibition brings foreign businesses to a region that often flies below the global radar.
Food processing and production is vital to Ekaterinburg. The industries is one of the region’s main industries, with over 500 companies operating across 10 subsectors located in and around the city.

Dairy & Meat Industry

InterFood St. Petersburg. Since 1997, the event has been providing Russian producers a chance to get hands with high quality products from overseas and domestic producers.

Ingredients Russia

While ITE Food & Drink’s other Russian shows cover the entirety of the food and beverage sectors, only one is focussed on ingredients: the aptly named Ingredients Russia. Over 8,000 visitors attended 2016’s show, while 128 companies exhibited at the event.
Ingredients Russia is rightly praised for the high quality of its attendees. Over 94% of decision makers, buyers and food figures visiting the show said they were now considering towards purchasing products displayed at the show.
