In order to open our upcoming 30th INTERNATIONAL FOOD PRODUCTS and TECHNOLOGIES Exhibition smoothly, we kindly request you to consider the General Important Rules written below.

OHS DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AND STAND PROJECT SUPERVISION

It is obligatory to get approval from Nehir Occupational Health and Safety company for each Space Only Stand project to be build up in the exhibition venue. Furthermore, all documents required for Occupational Health and Safety, especially the insurance informations, must be sent to Saka Grup for everyone who will enter the exhibition venue. (Company Owner, Exhibitor, Decorator, etc.).

50% OPEN RULE FOR ISLAND STANDS

At least 50% of the total facades of the stands, which are surrounded by aisles for visitors on all four sides, should be left open to allow visitors to have access to the stand area.

24 HOURS ELECTRICITY REQUEST

The procedure to be applied by companies that have to store food etc. products using refrigerators, freezers, etc. devices in their stands and need 24 hours electricity for this is stated below.

You must inform Saka Grup (Nehir OHS Electricity Unit) and HYVE Exhibition Organizer Office about the information that will use 24 Hour Electricity.
You must request a separate electricity supply line from the exhibition area or separate the fuse of the device that will remain open for 24 hours on the main panel of the stand from other fuses.
You must put a written or visual warning on the panel about not turning off the separated fuse switch.
After obtaining the approval for the electricity to be turned on, you must lower the other fuse switches, except for the devices that must remain on for 24 hours on the days of the Exhibition.
