Hyve Group cannot produce official invitation letters for visas. We can send you the confirmation letter stating your participation but please do not rely on it, as it is not a visa invitation letter.

Visa applications for Turkey takes approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the country you are based in and your passport. You can find out about the latest visa requirements on the Tourism Ministry's website

Venue has hot spots. However, we can not guarantee uninterrupted service and quality. Exhibitors who need an internet connection on their stand should contact with our Operations Team.

Translators, stand attendants, and security staff can be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual.

We will be there with you in the Organization Office to help you regarding the any issues you may have in the exhibition area.

According to TOBB regulation, sales are prohibited in the exhibitor stand during the first 3 days of the event. During this period, "Retail Sales Area" will be put into service for our exhibitors who aim to sell their products.
Exhibitors who want to set up a stand in the retail area should submit their requests to our Operations Team.
